- 150 gr baby spinach leaves
- 10 goat cheese pearls stuffed with strawberry
- Pink pepper
- 3 ts olive oil
- 1 ts white balsamic vinegar
- 1 ts strawberry juice or puree
- Sea salt
In a bowl, mix the olive oil,vinegar,strawberry and salt and shake them well until you have a fine emulsion.
Wash and separate the leaves,drain them with a tablecloth or paper and put them in a bowl.
Add the sauce,a pinch of salt and serve the salad in a plate or bowl.
Sprinkle the cheese pearls(you can cut them in halves) ,pink pepper and enjoy!
