Spinach salad with goat cheese pearls and pink pepper



  • 150 gr  baby spinach leaves
  • 10 goat cheese pearls stuffed with strawberry
  • Pink pepper
  • 3 ts olive oil
  • 1 ts white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ts strawberry juice or puree
  • Sea salt


In a bowl, mix the olive oil,vinegar,strawberry and salt and shake them well until you have a fine emulsion.

Wash and separate the leaves,drain them with a tablecloth or paper and put them in a bowl.

Add the sauce,a pinch of salt and serve the salad in a plate or bowl.

Sprinkle the cheese pearls(you can cut them in halves) ,pink pepper and enjoy!
